Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, follow the directions below and we will repair, replace or exchange the product(s). We warranty all products for up to two years from the date of purchase for damage due to workmanship. Unused epoxy products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If open epoxy products are not returnable. Due to the inherent nature of surfing we are unable to warranty surfboards. Damage due to normal wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about three weeks. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service such as overnight or 2nd day.
With the product you are returning please include a note with your name, a return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. For returns, if the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit to be used online through our website.
